Job Summary
Join a fast-paced team keeping mission-critical deliveries on track! We're looking for a hands-on logistics pro to support shipping, receiving, and equipment handling in a dynamic data center environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate large customer deliveries and ensure smooth handoffs
Maintain accurate logs of inbound/outbound shipments and materials
Resolve shipping and receiving issues with speed and professionalism
Use dashboards and tools to track shipment status and aging equipment
Inspect incoming goods and reject items that don’t meet standards
Follow safety protocols for hazardous materials
Assist with packing and moving customer equipment in the data center
Communicate proactively with internal and external teams to meet delivery timelines
Track stored or abandoned equipment and escalate as needed
Update systems with delivery confirmations and notify recipients
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience
Ability to follow procedures and adapt when needed
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Hazardous materials certification (preferred but not required)

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - NY4 New York City : 44,900 - 67,300 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
