Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Insights who will play the role beyond just a strategic analytics leader – you will also look across the broader team for opportunities to maximize our impact by running the rhythm of the team. This unique opportunity is designed for someone who wants to both drive high-impact strategic analysis and shape how the analytics organization operates. You will not only deliver actionable insights for the business, but also help orchestrate how the team prioritizes, executes, and amplifies its impact across the company.

This is an ideal role for candidates with consulting or corporate strategy experience who want to step beyond pure analytics into leadership, influence, and organizational impact.

Responsibilities

Deliver Strategic Analytics Projects

• Tackle the company’s most pressing business questions through data-driven analysis

• Develop strategic recommendations and communicate them through executive-ready presentations, whitepapers, and storylines

• Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives for senior leadership audiences

Drive Organizational Effectiveness

• Act as a force multiplier for the team by helping manage team resources and priorities.

• Lead the weekly and monthly team operating rhythm—ensuring projects are aligned with business priorities and resources are optimized

• Shape the team’s roadmap, bringing discipline, focus, and clarity to how insights are delivered

Innovate the way we deliver insights

• Partner across the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDNA) organization to design and deploy next-generation, AI-enabled solutions

• Drive new ways of delivering insights that go beyond traditional reporting—enabling business leaders to act with speed and confidence

Data Product Management

• Represent functional stakeholders by translating their business needs into data and analytics requirement

• Collaborate across EDNA teams (e.g., Data Engineering, AI & Data Science, Analytics, Data Governance) to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities

• Work jointly with the broader Digital & Innovation Office (DIO) to embed enterprise-level prioritization, resource visibility, and intake process enhancements

• Build trusted partnerships across the enterprise, becoming a go-to strategic advisor and data ambassador for Equinix’s evolving data portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related)

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, corporate strategy, or a related field

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with a bias for action.

• Strong project ownership, organizational discipline, and ability to manage competing priorities

• Excellence in data storytelling—translating complex analytics into clear, compelling business insights

• A “can-do” attitude and collaborative mindset that thrives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 119,000 - 179,000 CAD / Annual

United States - Frisco Office DAF : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
