  • Exercise sound investigative judgment in assessing credibility, weighing evidence, and developing clear, objective findings

  • Draft high-quality investigation reports suitable for senior leadership and regulatory scrutiny where applicable

  • Identify trends, control gaps, and systemic risks, providing insight to support prevention and remediation efforts

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of global investigation standards, templates, training materials, and case management practices

  • Support program build efforts as the centralized model evolves

  • Whistleblower / hotline concerns

  • Retaliation-sensitive matters

  • Workplace concerns (harassment, discrimination, misconduct)

  • Integrity and conflicts of interest issues

  • Cross-functional or executive-sensitive matters as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proven years of investigative experience across workplace, compliance, conduct, and/or financial domains

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex or sensitive investigations independently

  • Strong interviewing skills and evidence evaluation capabilities

  • Ability to produce structured, defensible written findings

  • Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations

  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Legal, Risk, Compliance, or a regulatory environment

  • Familiarity with employment law principles (legal qualification not required)

  • Experience handling cross-border investigations within EMEA

  • Multilingual capabilities (particularly European languages) are a strong plus
