Job Summary 

This role supports the Channel Sales organization by removing non-revenue generating tasks from quota bearing colleagues, as well as identifying and implementing continual process improvement.  You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners to respond to ad-hoc and regular requests and execute daily defined tasks. 

Responsibilities 

Sales Operations Activities 

  • Support Channel Sales engagement with all routes to market, for example Distributors 

  • Support basic Salesforce (SFDC) activities: opportunity, contact management & reporting 

  • Assist with system updates, reporting changes, or process improvements related to Channel Sales Operations 

Sales Analytics & Reporting 

  • Support recurring and adhoc reporting requests with accurate, well-documented outputs, using Tableau, Excel or Smartsheet 

Data Management & Quality 

  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues 

Process & Continuous Improvement 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline existing operational processes  

  • Participate in cross-functional projects  

  • Contribute to improving internal & external stakeholder’s experience engaging with Channel Sales 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Analytics, Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or similar) - Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply

  • Strong analytical skills in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) 

  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau (academic, internship, or professional experience) 

  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM platforms 

  • Basic experience with Python for data analysis or automation 

  • Prior exposure to sales, sales operations, or revenue analytics
