Job Summary

Supports the delivery of projects/programs and develops knowledge
 

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and time

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes

Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns

• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables

Collaboration

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members

• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance. 

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to client specifications and agreed design

Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery

• Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and present project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics, to stakeholders and senior management

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1-3 years of relevant experience is required

• Candidates with PMP certification would be at an advantage

• Fluent English written and verbal required
