We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a background or interest in IT, hardware, data centers, or telecommunications. Whether you're a recent graduate or new to your career, if you’re eager to learn and bring a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!

This role involves hands-on technical work in a data center environment, supporting installations, troubleshooting, and customer service — all within standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Queue Management & Reporting

  • Review and respond to work order requests
  • Escalate non-standard issues appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and update asset systems

Installations

  • Rack and stack customer equipment
  • Assist with infrastructure installs (fiber trays, ladder racks, cabinets)
  • Perform tape changes and backups

Cross-Connects, Testing & Troubleshooting

  • Support installs, terminations, and testing of coax, fiber, and copper connections
  • Learn to install more complex circuits under supervision
  • Conduct layer 1 certification testing
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and learn advanced testing methods

Stakeholder & Customer Support

  • Provide access control and escorting services
  • Deliver excellent customer service and timely updates
  • Support operations and security teams as needed

Training, projects & audits

  • Assist with standard projects and vendor coordination
  • Support physical audits and documentation
  • Complete assigned training
  • Help onboard new team members

Qualifications, Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Degree or Certifications in relevant industry
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (or strong interest in IT/data center work)
  • Graduates and career starters welcome
  • Interest in IT, hardware, or telco environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures
  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious
