Customer Operations Engineer Intern (데이터센터 운영 엔지니어 인턴)

• 데이터센터 운영, 장비 유지보수 및 서비스 프로비저닝을 포함한 기술지원 서비스 제공

• 케이블 설치, 제거 및 테스트 진행

• 서버 및 네트워크 장비 설치, 장애 처리

• SLA 기반 티켓 관리 및 작업 내용 문서화

* 인턴십 만료 후, 성과 평가 및 잔여 TO에 따라 정규직 전환 논의될 수 있습니다.

• 정보, 통신, 기계, 설비 관련 전공하신 분

• IT업계 엔지니어로 성장하고 싶으신 분

• 영어에 흥미가 많고 업무 소통 가능하신 분

• 2024년 하반기 근무 가능하신 분
