What is the biggest opportunity to be part of on Equinix’s GTM Operations team?

The biggest opportunity for the GTM Operations team is being able to partner with different people cross-functionally daily. We get to be at the center of the organization, bringing many of the strategies and initiatives to life. With exposure and involvement in much of the company’s transformation initiatives, this role involves implementing guidelines to enhance sales processes;, utilizing and educating of a standardized sales procedure and CRM tool; and educating stakeholders toto ensure a single -source of truth for our organization to rely on for any data-driven decisions. By streamlining daily operations, aligning sales segmentation and orchestrating territory planning, the team contributes to the organization's overall success.

 

Why is this role so crucial and important to the organization? 

We provide critical support to the sales team through last mile execution support. As part of the revenue operations (RevOps) pillars, each function brings unique strengths, making us a strategic partner for Equinix Sales. For Ssales Pplanning and oOperations functions, we partner very closely with our sales teams— from planning and, quota setting phase to running the business and accurately forecasting—, leveraging on standardized procedures and tools. We play a critical role supporting sales excellence by providing data- driven analysis and proactively looking for areas of improvement.
