We are looking for a strong leader with extensive experience in ServiceNow platform, thinks outside-the-box on architecture and develop reliable, quality solutions. A problem solver and effective communicator in our engineering team
What you will be doing
Reviews, analyzes and gives feedback on requirements/functional designs
Attends and engages in scrum meetings
Participates or leads architectural review process
Designs for larger enhancements, projects and cross system/functional enhancements
Conducts design reviews, provide technical leadership
Develops and maintains code for larger enhancements, projects and integrations
Follows and proposes design and coding standards and processes
Fixes defects and participates and conducts peer code review
Conducts code performance analysis, tuning and review
Develops unit test strategy and runs automated tests
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Required English communication skills
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Technology or equivalent field
5+ years of on development experience in IT Industry
3+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow
Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM
Preferred - experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
Preferred - certified in ServiceNow Customer Service Management
Hands-on experience in customization of ServiceNow workflows
Experience in design, development of integrations with ServiceNow
Experience with PowerShell, JSON, REST and SOAP, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages
Experience with MID server and direct/Scripted web services
Experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and configurations
A big plus - ITOM, Discover, CMDB experience
ITIL v3, Application Developer certification preferred
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
