Job Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst will lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business outcomes. In this role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape initiatives, optimize delivery, and ensure measurable value realization. 

This is an opportunity to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing decisions, solving complex challenges, and delivering high-impact programs in a fast-paced, global environment. 

Responsibilities

Low Code Development

  • In alignment with business process owner needs, iteratively develop and configure custom low code business solutions while following established policies, governance model, solution structures and best practices. 

  • Work with Lead Developers on architectural design requirements and standards 

  • Participate in the creation and implementation of modular components.

Program & Project Delivery 

  • Balance multiple projects timelines and priorities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve targeted outcome 

  • Gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across program delivery processes and standards 

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence 

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including leadership and governance bodies 

  • Act as a key advisor by understanding business needs and influencing decision-making 

  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and manage challenging situations effectively 

Communication & Governance 

  • Deliver clear, tailored communications to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership to customers 

  • Contribute to team collaboration through efficient internal communication 

Risk & Issue Management 

  • Proactively identify and manage risks at both project and strategic levels 

  • Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues and escalations 

  • Drive mitigation plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders 

    Qualifications

    • Typically, 5+ Years of experience in Low-code development (using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform or alternatives.), systems analysis 

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or equivalent experience preferred

    • Strong experience managing cross-functional, complex initiatives 

    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions 

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills 

    • Collaborative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement 

    • Experience with program/project management methodologies and tools 

    • Experience with JSON, HTML, Javascript 

    The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

    Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 88,000 - 132,000 CAD / Annual

    United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 80,000 - 120,000 USD / Annual

    Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 139,000 - 223,000 PLN / Annual

    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
