Job Summary 

The Senior Manager of Seller Communications leads the strategy, planning, and execution of communications to our global sellers. As the Equinix solution set deepens and our Go-to-Market (GTM) motion evolves, the scope and importance of this audience continues to expand. This communications leader plays a critical role in driving understanding and alignment across functions, geographies, and leadership teams, helping reinforce a “One GTM” approach while balancing the unique needs of regional teams and emerging seller audiences. 

 

The right person for this role is an expert writer, connector, strategist, and operationally-excellent driver of day-to-day results. They will work closely with senior Sales leaders and other executives to shape clear, compelling communications that foster comprehension and action. They will partner across the organization to collect and synthesize the information sellers need to know to help customers accelerate their digital transformation and AI-driven innovation. And they will create the mechanisms and processes necessary to do it all as efficiently and repeatably as possible.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and lead the global communications strategy and approach for the seller audience, accounting for the needs of several different functions that fall in this category

  • Drive alignment around the “One GTM” vision by helping teams understand both the broader strategy and their individual roles in driving revenue and customer centricity

  • Create scalable communication frameworks, channels, and cadences that enable sellers to stay informed and aligned without creating unnecessary noise or distraction from customer-facing activities

  • Work with Seller Enablement, Change, GTM Transformation and other internal partners to reduce duplication and create a seamless communications experience for sellers

  • Support executive communications for regional Sales SVPs and other senior GTM leaders, enabling them to effectively cascade messaging to account teams while maintaining consistency with global priorities

  • Continuously evaluate communication effectiveness and optimize formats, timing, and channels based on seller feedback and business outcomes

 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, GTM communications, sales communications, or related roles

  • Proven experience partnering with global sales executives and senior GTM leaders in complex, matrixed organizations

  • Digital acumen and knowledge of digital communications trends and best practices including user experience for web, email, mobile and social media

  • Proficiency with metrics and reporting to measure communication performance, understand audience behaviors, and optimize engagement moving forward

  • Ability to simplify complexity and translate strategic priorities into actionable, audience-specific communications

  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

  • Ability to balance global messaging and operational consistency with regional needs and nuance

  • Strong program management and operational planning capabilities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related area preferred

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
