Job Summary

The Senior Manager, EDNA Program & Initiatives will support strategic, cross-functional programs that align with the DIO Strategy and EDNA business objectives. This role combines program leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, adept at managing large-scale programs and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. 

Responsibilities 

Program Leadership & Delivery 

  • Define program objectives, scope, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. 

  • Plan, monitor, and manage programs from initiation through completion using formal processes and tools. 

  • Ensure on-time delivery of strategic programs according to specifications and budget

Strategic Planning & Governance 

  • Drive technology and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational priorities

  • Establish operational objectives, policies, and procedures; recommend improvements impacting multiple disciplines

  • Translate functional plans into operational processes and guide execution

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement 

  • Act as a liaison with senior executives and Chiefs of Staff to align on priorities and deliverables

  • Communicate program milestones, OKRs, and outcomes effectively across the organization

  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration

Risk & Resource Management 

  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting schedules, budgets, and business operations

  • Manage resource allocation (people, finances) and ensure KPIs are in place for program success

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in program/project management or related leadership roles

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to delivery

  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices

  • Exceptional communication and executive engagement skills; ability to influence at senior levels

  • Familiarity with technology infrastructure ecosystems and trends

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Denver Office DEO : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
