Job Summary
The Principal Value Stream Lead is an expert‑level individual contributor responsible for driving end‑to‑end value delivery across complex, cross‑functional engineering initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of technical strategy, system architecture, and execution, ensuring that work across multiple teams translates into durable business and customer outcomes.
The Principal Value Stream Lead owns the health, direction, and results of one or more value streams, identifying systemic bottlenecks, resolving deeply complex technical and delivery challenges, and shaping how work flows from idea to production at scale. The role does not include direct people management responsibilities; instead, it relies on technical authority, systems thinking, and influence to align senior engineers, engineering managers, and product stakeholders.
This position is designed for a seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in multiple domains, who thrives in ambiguity, thinks holistically across systems and organizations, and consistently raises the bar for engineering impact across the company.
