Job Summary: The Partner Marketing Manager for Canada will work closely with Field Marketing and Programs Marketing teams to integrate partners into their demand generation plans to help fuel bookings growth. Additionally, this role will be working with Canadian partners to oversee the development and execution of Partner marketing plans in support of driving brand preference with partner sellers and driving demand generation.
The Partner Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Americas Partner Marketing but is an extended team member of the Field, Programs & Alliances Marketing team. The role will work alongside a talented group of partner marketers who are consistently recognized for their marketing excellence and demonstration of Equinix values.
Go-to Market Planning
Develops the partner co-marketing plan inclusive of budget plan, marketing mix, sales enablement, channel promotions, public relations, social media, and web presence
Will manage the GTM plan for multiple partners Joint Value Proposition
Develops joint value proposition. May do this work across multiple partners Messaging and Collateral Development
Develops foundational content and collateral (solutions briefs, whitepapers, video) for multiple partners that operate in a single country Event Planning and Execution
Drives the end-to-end event plan for co-marketing events with partners Cross Functional Alignment
Works with Field Marketing, Marketing Content & Programs, Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Vertical teams to ensure cross functional alignment and marketing effectiveness of GTM plans Partner and Sales Tools and Training
Creates and executes Partner and Sales enablement plans including the development of sales training and tools Domain Expertise
Demonstrates deep knowledge of partner marketing and provides thought leadership Functional Knowledge
Has specialized knowledge and expertise in own job family and working knowledge of related job families Business Expertise

7+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
