The HRIS Senior Business Analyst will play an integral role in the successful configuration of Workday in the HR Technology roadmap. They will bridge process and technology solutions to enhance the overall delivery of HR programs and services that support the Equinix’s global manager and employee populations.
Responsibilities
Business Requirements
Captures functional requirements and partners with IT to translate them into business requirement specifications
Performs the planning, system design, system implementation, system maintenance and support
Effectively interacts with other internal and external teams, including the design engineering, construction management, site engineering and regional operations teams, onsite support vendors and consultants on projects, policies and procedures
Performs systems configuration to support business requirements
Edits and updates project plans, test scripts, functional design documents and other related documentation as needed
Develops and fosters proven working relationships with the HR, IT and Finance Equinix organizations
Frequently serves as the lead global contact for HR technology questions and partner with vendors on issues resolution
Performs functional systems administrator duties to maintain day to day operations of HR related systems including building and generating complex HR reports & metrics
Frequently leads functional testing of new system features and module releases evaluating the impact to Equinix process with additional guidance
Participates in all aspects of HRIS of new/replacement HR technologies and roadmap discussions and act as a true consultative partner for the business and help
Qualifications
5+ years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required
Very strong Experience in Workday Configuration of Recruiting + Core HR, Onboarding, Offer letters a must,
Have good experience in configuring other modules such Advanced Compensation, Performance, On-boarding, Benefits, Advance Reports and Contingent Worker modules
Experience on other Talent applications that work with Workday (Marketing Automation, AI such as Clinch CRM, PhenomPeople, HiredScore) would be extremely beneficial
Strong consultation skills in HR Talent Recruitment systems able to articulate innovative solutions

For CO residents: In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $77K – $108K per year with 15% bonus target.
For NYC residents: In accordance with NYC Pay Transparency Law (https://legistar.council.nyc.gov/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=3713951&GUID=E7B03ABA-8F42-4341-A0D2-50E2F95320CD&Options=Advanced&Search= ) the salary range for this role is $85K – $153K per year with 15% bonus target.
