Defines the objectives and components of a more complicated marketing mix and activities across a larger target market or new audience
Drives to a common global program architecture accelerating creation/sharing/adopting of marketing programs globally
Balances the marketing mix appropriately based on target objectives and audience type to derive the most optimization possible
Leads cross-functional teams in implementation of large projects
Partners closely with global marketing team to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns, collateral, and vertical messaging
Communicates major project/program scope, schedule, resource, risks/issues and budget changes
Drives the definition of the integrated program in the context of the customer/prospect journey with key stakeholders across all of marketing from vertical marketing, content, digital, online, regions
Determines most 'optimized' path and works with the project team to ensure continued evaluation and pursuit of "best" journey path
Recommends success metrics and the instrumentation and construct of the work to ensure that metrics are delivered for measuring the results of the program as defined Functional
Regarded as the expert in their particular job family
Requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job family and broad knowledge of other job families within the job function
