We are looking for a motivated Training & Development Advisor to support the growth and alignment of our Physical Security Enablement function across APAC. This role will help design, coordinate and deliver practical learning programs that build capability for security teams, vendors and operational stakeholders.

Working as part of a global physical security team, you will support the development of training content, learning experiences and enablement programs that align with business priorities, customer expectations and regional requirements. This is an Advisor-level role suited to someone with strong ambition and passion, or existing foundation in physical security, training, operations, project coordination or stakeholder engagement — and enthusiasm to keep learning and growing in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination and delivery of physical security training and enablement programs across APAC
  • Work with regional and global stakeholders to assist in development of learning content, training materials, frameworks and practical learning experiences
  • Help build foundational physical security learning programs, including awareness training, critical policies and onboarding materials for security guards and operational teams
  • Coordinate projects and programs in line with regional and global standards
  • Prepare and support lesson plans, training documentation, delivery methods and supporting materials
  • Deliver or support learning through classroom, virtual and self-guided formats
  • Use needs assessment and feedback tools to understand training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Navigate regional differences, including legal, contractual and operational constraints that may affect training requirements across APAC
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, site teams and functional partners to support successful learning adoption

Qualifications, key skills and attributes:

  • Experience in physical security, security operations, training coordination, learning and development, project coordination or a related operational environment OR recent Graduate from relevant industries
  • Exposure to corporate security, data centre operations, facilities environments or vendor-managed security teams would be valuable (highly regarded)
  • Understanding of training delivery, onboarding, stakeholder engagement or process improvement is desirable
  • Ability to work within established frameworks, SOPs and regional/global standards while continuing to develop subject matter expertise
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
  • Collaborative mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders, functional teams and operational partners
  • Practical problem-solving ability and willingness to assess issues, identify causes and suggest improvements
  • Good project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on agreed actions
  • Political and cultural awareness to work across APAC, where training expectations and legal requirements may vary
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and a growth mindset — this role does not require someone to be an expert in every area from day one
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with site teams and operational stakeholders, particularly when supporting onboarding and learning adoption

Benefits of the role:

  • Monday – Friday office hours role (although a regional role so must understand the APAC working hours in a 24/7 industry)
  • Strong team support in a newly created function within the business, offering future opportunities for growth and development
  • Play a key role in helping rollout training in a mission critical environment
  • Annual performance based bonus, access to wide ranging company, wellness, financial and other benefits (varies due to location)
  • Hybrid WFH/on-site split offering you the ability to develop best working framework to deliver
