Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to play a key role in the fast-paced world of data center operations? At Equinix, we’re looking for a motivated team player to support critical shipping, receiving, and inventory processes that keep our global infrastructure running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate large-scale customer deliveries and ensure timely, accurate shipments
• Maintain meticulous records of inbound/outbound materials using advanced tracking tools
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics challenges
• Support equipment handling, packaging, and movement within the data center
• Follow safety protocols, including hazardous materials procedures, with precision
• Contribute to a high-performance team that values reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• A high school diploma and 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Comfort working within established procedures, with flexibility to adapt when needed
• Regional hazardous materials certification (preferred but not required)

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - NY4 New York City : 44,000 - 66,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
