The Operations Data Center Request Content Analyst is responsible for creating, improving and maintaining software content and content lifecycle management in our Source of Truth repository utilizing Upland Qvidian Sales Proposal Automation Software. The ideal candidate has experience within the data center industry as well as the ability to demonstrate creative writing skills. The role requires experience in structuring a repository of information within a software application.
The Content Analyst will support the overall Operations Data Center Request Team by assisting in the maintenance of the content repository, following the documented governance process when modifying the overall structure of the files within the tool.
The analyst position will support the Content Manager to update and add new content to the library.
Review and submit content to the library using technical and business writing skills to proof read content and contacting subject matter experts for clarification when required.
Review and edit content requests prior to submission to the library using technical and business writing skills to proofread content.
Course completion in Business Information Systems, with a focus on technical writing is a plus, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years proven work experience in the data center industry or Bid/Proposal Manager managing content repositories.
Languages: English (Speak, Read, Write)
Advanced skill level in system governance with the ability to write technical content using excellent business US English grammar and punctuation.
Hands on experience with proposal automation/ software tools and optimally Upland Qvidian Proposal Automation software
Excellent time management skills and the ability to constantly manage priorities
General knowledge of operational processes in a global company
Good interpersonal and teaming skills with sensitivity to a global audience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control
Agile learning ability
Strong customer focus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
