Job Summary
Partners with relevant functional teams and support project teams as they define their global IT requirements and analyze appropriate solutions, helping to manage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
· Participates in documenting requirements, process models and functional designs
· Responsible for support requirements, analysis and process modeling for defined-scope projects

Process Modeling and Design
· Participates in process documentation projects

Stakeholder Management
· Participates in documenting requirements, process models and functional designs
· Supports requirements, analysis and process modeling for defined-scope projects

Solution Design
· Participates in, supports and learns the process of solution design and documentation, in collaboration with project and business teams

Documentation
· Participates in creation of project deliverables, as guided by project drivers

Functional Design
· Participates in, supports and learns the process of solution design and documentation, in collaboration with project and business teams

Testing & Test Design
· Supports test execution, test case development and reporting using tools like HPALM

Project Management
· Assists project managers with relevant activities

System Configurations
· Configures and tests systems based on scripts

Day to Day Support (Production Support)
· Participates in, supports and learns the basics of issue triage, troubleshooting, reporting and response standards

Training and Change Management
· Participates in, supports and learns the process relating to End User Support and Training

Vendor Management
· Participates in, supports and learns the process relating to vendor management

Vendor & Application Technology Evaluation
· Participates in, supports and learns the process relating to vendor & application technology evaluation

Qualifications
· 1+ years experience in analytics
· Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
