We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale machine learning and AI solutions that solve real-world business problems. In this role, you will work closely with platform, data, product, and business teams to translate advanced ML, LLM, and agentic AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready systems. You will contribute to internal solutions across areas such as sales, marketing, customer success, and other business domains. This role blends applied machine learning, software engineering, and MLOps, with a strong focus on building robust, scalable systems rather than purely academic research.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and AI solutions, including classical ML models, LLM-based applications, and agentic workflows.
Build scalable, production-ready ML systems using strong software engineering and MLOps practices.
Own or contribute to solution architecture, including model deployment, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, CI/CD, and integration with existing platforms.
Develop ML solutions for automation, forecasting, optimization, decision support, and other.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Work in cloud environments to deploy, monitor, and improve machine learning/AI applications.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Present model outputs, insights, and recommendations through applications, dashboards, reports and stakeholder presentations.
Communicate technical concepts, results, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a closely related technical field.
Proven experience designing, building, and deploying production machine learning or AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with classical ML techniques and LLM-based, generative AI, or agentic AI applications.
Proficiency in Python and common machine learning and data science libraries.
Experience with cloud environments (GCP experience preferred).
Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, MLOps, model monitoring, and production deployment practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 295,000 - 487,000 PLN / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
