As Senior Associate Product Manager for Equinix Internet Access, you'll support the development of innovative solutions that transform how enterprises leverage Equinix's interconnection ecosystem to access the internet with unprecedented simplicity and performance. 

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and two service delivery teams to support the product lifecycle for Equinix Internet Access services. Acting as a business analyst and product support specialist, you'll gather requirements, analyze customer feedback, coordinate across teams, and help drive continuous improvements to our internet connectivity offerings across our global platform. 

The ideal candidate is early in their product management career with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights. You will be a collaborative team player, working with engineering, service operations, sales, and customer success teams to support the delivery of transformative connectivity solutions. 

Responsibilities 

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with the Senior Product Manager and service teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for Internet Access service enhancements and new features 

Customer Insights: Conduct customer interviews, analyze support tickets, and synthesize feedback from sales and service teams to identify pain points, feature requests, and opportunities for product improvements 

Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between service delivery teams, engineering, operations, and the Senior Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables 

Data Analysis & Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that track key product metrics, service performance, customer adoption patterns, and operational KPIs to inform product decisions 

Documentation Support: Develop and maintain product documentation, process workflows, user guides, and internal knowledge base content that supports service teams and customers 

Sprint & Project Support: Participate in agile ceremonies, track project milestones, manage backlog items, and support the Senior Product Manager in prioritizing features and resolving blockers 

Competitive Research: Monitor competitive offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies in internet access and enterprise connectivity to support strategic planning 

Stakeholder Communication: Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and presentations for internal stakeholders, and participate in customer and partner discussions alongside senior team members 

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service delivery efficiency, and enhance the customer experience through analysis and collaboration with operational teams

Qualifications 

  • 0-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technical consulting, or related roles in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS environments 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences 

  • Understanding of or interest in learning about networking concepts, internet services, cloud connectivity, or enterprise IT infrastructure 

  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) preferred 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail 

  • Experience in B2B technology environments or enterprise services is a plus 

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics platforms is beneficial

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 139,000 - 223,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
