        Job Summary

        We are seeking a dynamic India Partner Sales Leader to elevate our established partner ecosystem as we continue building the world’s leading digital infrastructure company.

        As a key member of Equinix’s India and regional sales leadership team, you will lead a team of partner sales executives responsible for driving success with India-based partners and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in collaboration with Equinix sales teams.

        You will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of strategic partner relationships—including resellers, referral partners, agents, and GSIs—while enabling enterprise customers to transform on Platform Equinix. Your mission: accelerate enterprise adoption of integrated Equinix/Partner solutions to achieve channel growth, new bookings, and new logo acquisition.

        Responsibilities

        • Drive Partner Sales Growth: Manage a partner sales target through India-based Telecommunications, GSIs, Consulting firms, Technology Partners, and distributors

        • Lead India Partner Strategy: Own the development and execution of a comprehensive partner strategy across GSIs, NSPs, SIs, distributors, and strategic alliances for the India market, including annual planning

        • Industry Leadership: Represent Equinix as the India Partner Sales Leader at industry and partner events, delivering thought leadership on Platform Equinix

        • Partner Enablement: Engage with partner management teams to recruit, enable, and scale partner capabilities across India

        • Relationship Management: Build and nurture senior-level relationships with top partners, positioning the partner sales team as the primary point of contact for joint selling with Equinix

        • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies and improvements across the partner sales function; lead operational cadence including forecasting, QBRs, and joint business planning

        • Go-to-Market Execution: Direct GTM preparation and execution—collateral, messaging, joint value propositions, use cases, and partner training

        • Pipeline Management: Oversee joint pipeline development, deal management, and performance reviews with cross-functional teams

        Partner Management

        • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Global Accounts teams to identify, recruit, and enable strategic partners

        • Align technical positioning with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Product Management

        • Coordinate with Channel Marketing for GTM campaigns and first-deal strategies

        • Ensure executive sponsorship and alignment for partner development

        Qualifications

        • 15+ years of proven success in channel sales leadership within technology, cloud, data center, or network services—experience with GSIs and India-based partners strongly preferred

        • Deep understanding of India’s digital infrastructure landscape and macro trends

        • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

        • Bachelor’s Degree required
