The GTM Strategy & Execution Manager plays a key role in supporting GTM Transformation initiatives by helping execute programs that impact Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel. This individual contributor role focuses on analyzing GTM data, managing the execution of strategic programs, and supporting scalable solutions for growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and GTM experience in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Solution Support
- Conduct analysis to identify GTM challenges across functions and regions, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Support the development of solutions and transformation plans in alignment with CRO priorities.
- Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to ensure strategy connects effectively with tactical execution.
Program Management & Execution
- Convert strategic objectives into project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and tracked KPIs.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with CRO OKRs and intended transformation outcomes.
- Monitor and report on day-to-day execution of initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Sales Play & Planning Coordination
- Coordinate the activation of Sales Plays, ensuring field readiness and tracking adoption metrics.
- Support GTM planning activities, including data analysis for segmentation and prioritization efforts.
- Partner with Enablement and GTM Ops to help integrate initiatives into frontline workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional partners to identify dependencies across strategy, systems, and processes.
- Prepare updates and materials for leadership communications and business reviews.
- Facilitate consistent communication loops to ensure team alignment and feedback gathering.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and report on KPIs to measure the impact of strategic programs.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and process adjustments.
- Assist in updating playbooks, tools, and processes based on field feedback and performance data.
Team Contribution
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strengthen collective execution.
- Contribute to a culture of agility, transparency, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in strategy, consulting, or GTM operations roles, ideally in technology or related industries (Adjusted from ).
- Experience in operational execution and project management across Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Familiarity with GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, quoting platforms) is preferred.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 103,000 - 155,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
