Job Summary: Responsible for delivering cross-functional Finance transformation programs. Manages stakeholder needs with support. Implements best practices.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
Guides and oversees the team to successfully complete their projects on time, within budget, quality and scope; managing global Finance integration projects
Assists others who are driving delivery of day-to-day projects
Advises the team on standard approaches to planning and gathering information across functional and cross functional projects
Leads team to follow standard processes
Provides guidance on global business process, escalates as needed for complex questions
Communication
Supports communication requirements and follows the team's communications standards
Identifies key stakeholders for communication, and tailors communication to appropriate level
Risk and Issue Management
Supports the team on risk and issue management and the appropriate levels of control
Supports the team on the resolution of escalated issues
Stakeholder Management
Supports project engagement needs in order to advise team members when required
Encourages asks for feedback on the team or individuals
Resource Management
Provides management updates on a variety of resource management KPI's
Contributes to resource planning activities (i.e., people, finances, etc.)
Develop Best Practices & Strategy
Implements best practices
M&A and Integration
Follows M&A integration best practices
Qualifications
3+ years experience required
PMP/Six Sigma/Prince 2 preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
