Job Summary
This role will partner closely with the Global Transformation and Data Center Services teams to support strategic financial initiatives and will have opportunities to be involved in finance projects for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Prepare guidance, templates, analysis and presentations to enable the budget and forecast process
Responsible for the headcount reconciliation process
Perform variance analysis including actuals vs forecast & budget and YOY analysis
Independently analyze financial results, prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, and drive monthly operating review meetings with senior leadership & C level executives
Partner with business leaders & HR to maintain detailed headcount forecasts
Leads the short & long financial planning process for key businesses: both for operating expenses and capital expenditure
Take ownership of the forecasting and financial reporting process, and identify areas for improvement, efficiencies, and automation
Deliver and craft high-quality presentations for senior executives and business partners
Develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts to support projected expense changes
Completes purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance
Reconcile accounting entries to ensure financial reports accurately reflect monthly expenses
Dynamically partner with stakeholders within the supply chain team and various budget owners to drive results
Qualifications
3+ years experience in finance
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
CPA/CFA certification preferred
Experience with Hyperion preferred
Curious, driven, and eager to learn
Experience in budgeting and forecasting required
Advance Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook)
Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
