Internship - DevOps Engineer

Opportunity in the Software Engineering Division

As an Intern in the Software engineering division; you will have a great opportunity to work on the latest and greatest technology which helps the application team to roll out new changes faster by the click of a button.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and adapt to new technologies in a short duration.
• Automate application deployment in AWS & on-prem.
• Work with the team of engineers to understand deployment challenges.
• Design, implement and test code.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You will be graduating in 2024
• You must be available for a full-time internship between May – August 2023
• Basic programming ability with at least one programming language.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good academic score

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preference to computer science, mathematics, and related fields of study
• Proficient in any one of the below programming languages.
• NodeJS or Python or Go

Good to have:

• Basics of IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS(Platform as a Service), & SaaS(Software as a Service).
• Basics of AWS services
• Basics of infrastructure as code (IaS)
• Basics of Kubernetes

Equinix will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa
