職務内容
大阪市内の自社データセンターで、以下の業務をお任せします。
- 光ファイバーの配線・撤去、各種ファイバーテスト（FLUKE、JSDU、OTDR使用）
- サーバーやネットワーク機器の設置・撤去・パーツ交換
- 通信ケーブルや機器のトラブルシューティング、保守対応
- お客様荷物の受け取り・管理
- お客様の入館対応（日本語・英語）
- 電話対応（社内外、日本語・英語）
- 備品管理、入館申請管理などの運用業務
- 障害対応
- ベンダーマネジメント（工事発注、スケジュール管理、施工管理）
- 書類作成などの事務作業
- 未経験でもOK！ 約3か月の研修でしっかりサポートします。
必須条件（未経験歓迎）
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション（JLPT N1相当）
- 英語に抵抗がない方（ビジネス経験があれば尚可）
- IT業界での業務経験（ヘルプデスク、インフラ運用など）
- または営業・接客業務経験
- 常に前向きで、新しいことにチャレンジできるマインドセット

- 各種ITサポートセンターでのオペレーション経験
勤務時間
- シフト制（日勤・夜勤あり）
- 日勤：8:00～20:30
- 夜勤：20:00～8:30（月6～8回程度）
