Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer III

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and liaise with vendors on maintenance work.

• Develop preventive and corrective measures of general facilities and critical facilities.

• Manage as-built drawings and O&M manual records.

• Handle emergency calls of critical environmental facilities.

• Oversee the maintenance works.

• Coordinate in the process of enhancement projects.

• Conduct facilities management operations audits.

• Familiar use maintenance software tools

• Rotate shift in 24x7x365

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing critical E&M systems is preferable.

• Familiar with technical practices and procedures for maintenance of equipment's and facilities at data center.

• Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable.

• Shift work is required that includes weekends and public holidays.

• Certificate or above in Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines.

• Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker or above will be an advantage.
