Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Associate Engineer with strong technical and problem-solving skills, a passion for learning, and a solid foundation in developing API and microservices and having foundational UI frameworks knowledge is good to have. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of software solutions, collaborating closely with business and product teams to deliver high-quality applications

Responsibilities
Requirements Analysis

• Understand and review business requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts.

Software Architecture & Design

• Assist in documenting and maintaining software architectures and designs.

• Evaluate open-source technologies for potential adoption.

Development & Coding

• Develop microservices and modules using Spring.

• Nice to have to basic UI development experience with frameworks like ReactJS.

• Participate in peer code reviews and ensure best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit tests and fix defects.

• Contribute to test strategies for robust software delivery.

DevOps & Deployment

• Document deployed processes and tools, collect metrics, and maintain inventory of applications.

Support & Reliability

• Prepare application support documentation.

• Troubleshoot basic application issues using knowledge base resources.

R&D/Innovation

• Investigate and evaluate new technologies to enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 0 to 3+ years in software development.

• Good to have: UI frameworks: ReactJS, NodeJS.

• Strong foundation in Backend development experience (Java/Python/Go), Cloud platforms(AWS), and Relational Databases.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Open to learning and adapting to new technologies.

• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
