Job Summary

This position will act as support to the Real Estate Manager and Senior Director, with a focus on real estate financial analysis, transaction management and preparation of reports and presentation materials. This role sits within the Real Estate and Corporate Development team responsible for organic and inorganic expansion of the Equinix Platform across Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing reports for real estate costs associated with real estate expansions

• Support deal process and completion of contract documentation

• Work closely with other functions (Design, Construction, Treasury, Legal, Finance) in support of Real Estate transactions

• Manage ongoing lease renewals and rent reviews

• Work closely with Portfolio Administration to monitor critical dates (expiries, renewals & reviews)

• Prepare materials for inclusion in business cases, including basic cashflow and deal overviews

• Assist with Inventory Planning and Capex Forecasting

• Manage regular reporting of real estate activity with Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting preferred

• 2+ years of experience at a national brokerage firm, investment bank or real estate investment firm preferred
