We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager to join our regional team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate real estate planning, office build-outs, implementation, and operations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Your expertise in multiple areas related to corporate real estate operations, such as sustainability, contract management, and compliance, will be invaluable in driving our success. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team and achieve schedules and goals in a multi-faceted environment.
Responsibilities
Planning: Overseeing corporate real estate planning and operations, including capacity projection, space allocation, asset inventory management, and various services such as receptionist, corporate services, food service, furniture vendor, security, copy center, and mail services. Promoting and executing strategic space planning to efficiently handle the real estate portfolio and supporting cost savings targets.
Operations: Continuously improving processes, systems, and client satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with company processes and policies, particularly in finance, legal, compliance, and risk. Handling procurement and vendor management initiatives.
Business Continuity: Assuming a leadership role in functional Business Continuity Planning. Acting as a representative of office safety committees, building emergency committees, and campus ergonomic programs. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety and emergency preparedness policies and procedures.
Repairs and Maintenance: Managing procurement, maintenance, and upgrades of various facilities and systems such as furniture, electrical, audio/visual, cabling, janitorial, plumbing, utilities, HVAC, security systems, and signage.
Property Management Coordination: Managing office expansion. Coordinating moving staff, reconfiguring offices and cubicles, office repairs, and equipment moves at multiple locations. Establishing and administering policies and procedures for events and coordinating activities with other departments. Coordinating with property management on building maintenance, security, safety, and HVAC needs.
Resource Management: Developing and handling functional budgets and providing regular reports. Ensuring adherence to guidelines and policies.
People Management: Leading the CRE team's activities, including results, costs, methods, and staffing. Providing coaching, direction, and information to vendors, service providers, and staff. Providing leadership and guidance to team members, setting goals, developing capabilities, and providing feedback on performance. Interviewing job candidates and promoting inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability.
Stakeholder Management: Establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with landlords, property managers, corporate real estate management, vendors, and corporate groups. Collecting decision-framing data for the Global leader and partnering with counterparts in IT, Procurement, Security, and Operations.
Qualifications
9+ years’ experience in Property Facilities management preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred
Experience in hospitality industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Excellent organizational skills, including multi-tasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
