Engineering Operations Management
MOP/CR Workflow Coordination: Record and track the end-to-end movement of MOPs and CRs. Ensure these are routed to senior engineers and approved within the required timeframe to avoid project delays
Critical Activity Tracking: Manage the Weekly Critical Activities tracker to provide visibility on high-risk site works across the region
Operational Reporting: Produce the Monthly OPS reports and track action items from Monthly Data Center reviews to ensure engineering goals are met
Process Alignment: Monitor for site engineer "miss ups" of Work Orders and provide ad-hoc reminders to maintain operational standards and audit readiness
Maintenance Audit & Performance Improvement: Conduct on-site maintenance audits to assess adherence to approved MOPs, maintenance standards, and best practices. Partner with Data Center teams to identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of operational performance and reliability
Documentation & Training
Standardization: Draft and maintain asset, contract, and engineering management documentation, including procedures and work instructions
Training Support: Assist in developing training materials for site engineers regarding Maximo usage and engineering documentation standards
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in asset management, engineering operations support, facilities, or a related coordination role
System Expertise: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
Process Coordination: Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering document workflows (MOP/CR) and track compliance against deadlines
