Job Summary
We are hiring an Expert in the Implementation of Microsoft systems and apps to join our managed solutions team, specializing in designing and implementing advanced IT solutions for data center clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, leadership in high-impact projects, and the ability to solve complex challenges in enterprise environments.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex projects involving Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and governance standards.
- Drive automation and optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with global clients and teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
What we’ll expect from you
Experience:
- Strong experience in IT, with a focus on leadership roles or expert-level positions for Microsoft-based solutions
- Proven track record in implementing and managing mission-critical systems for large organizations.
Core Expertise:
- Active Directory: Advanced design and optimization of complex multi-domain and multi-forest environments, including cross-domain trust and replication.
- SQL Server: Expert-level knowledge in database design, tuning, clustering, and disaster recovery solutions
- Hyper-V: Deep understanding of virtualization architectures, high availability (HA), clustering, and backup strategies
- IIS: Advanced configuration, optimization for performance, and troubleshooting in high-traffic environments
Enterprise Networking for Microsoft:
- Comprehensive knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy deployment at scale
- Integration of Microsoft services with hybrid cloud solutions (Azure AD, ADFS)
Cloud and Hybrid:
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure for infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS), migration strategies and governance
- Strong experience with hybrid setups, including seamless on-premises and cloud integrations
Language Skills
- Fluent English – required for high-level communication, presentations, and documentation.
- Intermediate Spanish – sufficient for technical discussions in global teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
- Knowledge of Linux to integrate cross-platform solutions.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or similar
