Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of FP&A to support AMER Construction and Procurement. This senior individual contributor role leads budgeting, forecasting, and key accounting deliverables across a large and complex operations footprint.
The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate with precision in a fast‑paced, global setting. The role requires leading through influence and partnering effectively across teams, along with a natural curiosity and a drive to automate and improve processes.
Responsibilities
Lead AMER CapEx budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
Ensure forecast accuracy by building proactive partnerships with business stakeholders and driving disciplined alignment across teams
Own global consolidation activities and deliver executive‑level reporting packages
Manage and deliver key accounting requirements, including close activities and variance analysis
Support global initiatives with strategic analysis, alignment, and insights
Identify, recommend, and assist in automation and process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
8+ years of FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a Senior Manager capacity
Demonstrated experience working in global teams across regions and time zones
Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and forecasting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Power BI, Oracle)
This posting is for a backfill position, meaning it is to fill an existing vacancy within our organization.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 139,000 - 209,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
