This role represents the voice of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience in enterprise process design, ensuring that systems and workflows are built to enable seller and customer success through an optimized experience. Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
Architect and document future-state GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, with a strategic focus on the full customer lifecycle
Identify friction points and inefficiencies in current-state processes and design solutions to address them
Act as a customer lifecycle architect, ensuring process designs enhance both customer experience and seller effectiveness across each stage of the journey
Ensure process designs are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with CRO priorities and enterprise standards
Technical Partnership & Process Translation
Collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and other business process owners to translate GTM business needs into scalable process and system requirements, where applicable
Advocate for CRO priorities by providing clear business context, ensuring process changes are well understood and appropriately supported — without assuming technical ownership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with GTM leaders to ensure process designs reflect operational realities and frontline needs
Collaborate with GTM Strategy, Program Management, and Change leads to ensure cohesive transformation delivery
Represent CRO Ops in enterprise forums, advocating for GTM-specific requirements and improvements

Contribute to the launch of new operating models, sales plays, and use cases by ensuring process readiness
Support the development of transformation playbooks and frameworks that embed process excellence
Drive alignment between process architecture and customer lifecycle maturity
Continuous Improvement & Governance
Establish process documentation standards and governance mechanisms to maintain integrity and traceability
Monitor process performance and adoption, using insights to inform iterative improvements
Maintain a repository of GTM process assets and best practices for reuse and scale
Team & Capability Development
Contribute to the build-out of the GTM Transformation team of the future
Coach team members to strengthen strategic thinking, business acumen, and executional discipline
Champion a culture of agility, transparency, and enterprise-first thinking
