We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Specialist to join our Data Center Operations team. If you have 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, shipping & receiving, or inventory control, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Inventory & Stock Management
Track and update stock levels in our inventory system
Receive, check, and record all incoming shipments
Allocate stock to internal teams and assist with inventory transfers between locations
Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile any differences
Shipping & Receiving
Receive and process deliveries to the Data Center
Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments, ensuring they reach the right location on time
Notify recipients of any shipment delays or shortages
Use our tracking systems to monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Team & Customer Support
Work closely with other teams and departments to meet delivery timelines
Help junior team members with moderately complex orders or issues
Communicate with vendors and internal customers to coordinate special orders or deliveries
Hazardous Materials Handling
Store and handle hazardous materials properly and safely (training provided if needed)
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Data Center Support
Help move and organize equipment in and out of customer cages
Assist with packing equipment for shipping when requested
Equipment & License Tracking
Organize abandoned or stored equipment
Maintain records of equipment and software licenses using internal tools
Track license usage and help manage renewals
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations
Comfortable using computers and inventory software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hazardous material handling certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
• California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $49,000 to $77,000 per year
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
