Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to provide executive, operational, administrative, and onsite customer support in a fast-paced datacenter environment. This role requires a substantial understanding of standard operating procedures and the ability to work independently on moderately difficult assignments that require judgment, problem-solving, and thoughtful recommendations. The role will support senior leaders, multiple datacenter facilities, customers, vendors, and broader team priorities through calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, project tracking, stakeholder communications, customer visit support, and day-to-day operational support.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while creating a positive experience for internal and external customers. This position requires a strong service mindset, confidence supporting leaders, customers, vendors, and partners, and the ability to resolve administrative, operational, and customer-facing inquiries using substantial knowledge of standard processes. Experience using data to identify trends, track work requests, prepare reports, and inform decisions is important; familiarity with data analytics tools and Power BI is preferred.
Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
Provide administrative and operational support to multiple data center facilities, including work requests, dispatch updates, escalations, inquiries, and customer or facility issues
Answer incoming calls, respond to administrative inquiries, and use substantial knowledge of standard operating procedures to resolve issues or route them to the appropriate team
Manage complex calendars, travel schedules, meeting logistics, and competing priorities
Serve as a primary point of contact between supported leaders and internal stakeholders, external partners, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Customer Support & Onsite Concierge
Coordinate customer-facing activities, including visits, schedules, tours, onsite support, customer work visits, escorts, and issue resolution to ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Educate customers on data center policies, procedures, facility expectations, and available services while they are onsite
Maintain conference room, tour, and customer visit schedules; ensure customer-facing areas are prepared, professional, and stocked appropriately
Serve as an onsite customer liaison by directing moderately difficult inquiries to the appropriate cross-functional teams and following through to resolution
Cultivate positive customer experiences by anticipating needs, supporting onsite logistics, coordinating with vendors, and helping resolve customer satisfaction issues; escalate when appropriate
Provide customer induction tours or site orientation for new customers, and may support coaching or mentoring team members on customer learning tours
Project Management & Event Planning
Plan, coordinate, and execute leadership meetings, customer or partner engagements, team events, offsites, site visits, and department-wide initiatives
Support project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, documenting decisions, and escalating risks or dependencies
Support special projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Data Analytics & Reporting
Use data to monitor progress, identify trends in customer inquiries or work requests, summarize insights, make recommendations, and support operational decision-making
Develop or maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel and, preferably, Power BI
Vendor, Facilities & Resource Coordination
Generate purchase requisitions, coordinate with vendors for delivery and invoicing, support supply ordering for customer-facing areas, and assist with expense, budget, or invoice tracking
Partner with internal teams to track customer shipments, onsite needs, and follow-up items while customers or vendors are onsite
Build strong working relationships with operations teams, customer-facing teams, vendors, local service providers, and business partners
Qualifications
High school diploma and 2–4 years of equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience in executive support, operations coordination, data center or facility administration, customer-facing support, project coordination, event planning, concierge services, or a related administrative role
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize work, track deliverables, manage timelines, follow up on action items, and communicate status clearly
Experience planning and executing meetings, events, offsites, customer visits, tours, or stakeholder engagements
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to service excellence, professionalism, and positive onsite customer experiences
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify trends, prepare reports, track work requests, and support business decisions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Teams and SharePoint preferred
Power BI experience preferred, including the ability to create, update, or interpret dashboards and reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional communications, presentations, and leadership updates
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, follow-through, and ability to maintain professional customer-facing spaces
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, adapt quickly, and exercise sound judgment with limited oversight
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - AT1 Atlanta : 46,400 - 69,600 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
