The Cross-Functional Support Specialist will serve as the right hand to key stakeholders within the organisation, providing essential support across various operational areas. This role is designed for a career jumping professional who will build knowledge and expertise while supporting the senior manager of cross-functional operations. The specialist will be responsible for running mini projects, developing subject matter expertise, and ensuring flexibility and agility in their approach. The Cross-Functional Support Specialist will serve as the right hand to key stakeholders within the organization, with 30-50% of the role focused on contract management and the remainder supporting broader operational functions. This position is ideal for an early professional seeking to develop expertise in vendor and contract management while gaining exposure to cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contract Management (Primary Focus - 30-50% of Role):
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor and supplier contracts within Dutch Operations
  - Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from initial request through negotiation, execution, and renewal
  - Maintain a centralized contract repository with key details including terms, SLAs, pricing, and renewal dates
  - Proactively monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  - Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure contracts align with company policies

2. Planning & Coordination:
  - Develop and maintain project timelines and task lists
  - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure operational alignment

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
  - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  - Facilitate communication between technical and business teams

4. Operational Support:
  - Assist with documentation and process improvement initiatives
  - Support the implementation of operational best practices

5. Cross-Functional Awareness:
  - Develop working knowledge of PMO, financial, and IT functions to enable effective collaboration
  - Participate in cross-departmental meetings to maintain operational alignment

Qualifications:
- Some experience in contract administration, vendor management, or related field would be beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of data center operations (preferred but not required)
