Job Summary

As the “face” of the Corporate Real Estate team, deliver an engaging workplace

experience, foster community, and ensure operational excellence while reflecting Equinix values.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence (Safety & Efficiency):

  • Ensure smooth site operations through daily walkthroughs and ticket management.

  • Monitor security and safety; act promptly on risks and emergencies.

Customer Experience (Courtesy & Engagement):

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Anticipate customer needs and personalize experiences.

  • Plan and execute CRE-led events; manage budgets, logistics, and promotion.

Community Building:

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers; create a welcoming environment.

  • Partner with site leaders, EAs and employee groups on events and initiatives all hands and other occasions to ensure quality and consistency of experience from budget management and planning to execution.

  • Be an advocate and ambassador for CRE and CRE services, ensuring the business understands the scope of what we deliver for Equinix.

Vendor & Administrative Support:

  • Manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and procurement processes.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, mail handling, and visitor management.

Qualifications

  • 4 years in corporate real estate, facilities, or hospitality roles preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Customer-facing experience essential; facilities/hospitality background preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and workplace tools; degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills, social media savvy
