About the role

The Technical Deployment Analyst (TDA) will be amongst varying and often concurrent projects within our Data Centers across Melbourne. Project management or co-ordination, implementation or even operations experience from a Data Centre or similar environment will be ideal but not mandatory.

Due to the nature of the projects, we are looking for someone who will be predominantly onsite working closely with the Operations teams, vendors and suppliers – so the successful applicant will be able to run programs well ahead of time and be super organised and a superb communicator.

Requirements & Support:

• Develops professional expertise to support deployment projects by validating customers' order requirements with the customer processing team and other partners.
• Project manages the technical deployment responsibilities with managers and colleagues
• Develops technical knowledge of the Data Centres and recommends solutions, while in partnership with more senior team members, to address internal issues within a moderate scope.
• Applies learned techniques to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers' expectations.
• Receives general instructions from expert teams and team members in providing solutions cross-functionally to resolve customers' non-standard order requirements
• Supports reinstall projects where required
• Project Planning and Implementation and Delivery
• Multi-functional, Support & Communications
• Process Support/Optimization
• Vendor, Systems Support, Data Support and Analysis

Ideally we will be looking for someone with 2+ years in a similar roles or with transferrable skills and experience to develop into the positions quickly.

Practical work experience, Bachelors Degree or relevant Trade Certificates will be highly regarded as will the ability to attain and maintain information quickly.
