Job Summary

HRBP are strategic business partners to provide total solution addressing organization and talent challenges in support of business imperatives. They shape and drive HR strategy and orchestrate / champion HR delivery models in the business. They consult closely with leadership team to address root causes of organization and talents issues through providing strategic insights drawn through data driven and meaningful human capital scorecards. They advise and help shape company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change). They also play a core role in orchestrating talent management and succession planning activity within client organization. Key skills and abilities include business acumen to connect the dots, executive presence to coach, influence & facilitate organization wide human capital dialogue. Strong skills in presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Talent Motions​

  • Executes full‑cycle Talent Management motions, ensuring successful execution, consistency, and a core and common experience across all functions​

  • Brings expertise and rigor to the Performance Every Day process to ensure functional execution aligns to enterprise program design​

  • Collaborates with People Solutions partners as needed on execution, process improvement, and maintaining ongoing feedback loops​

Transformational Program Planning and Execution:​

  • Functions as a program lead for complex transformation programs, driving structured project planning, building implementation roadmaps, proactively identifying risks, and delivering consistent executive‑level updates​

  • Guides and executes on transition planning including assessing employee change impacts, flagging and tracking dependencies and risks, drafting and maintaining ’tick tock’ plans, and advising on communication talking points to assistin storytelling and change management​

  • Coordinates with Global People Advisory Team to execute on post-OD activities on role/talent implications including employee impacts, placement and selection planning, etc.​

  • Advises leaders and communications partners on messaging, narrative framing, and change‑management strategies to ensure clarity, alignment, and high‑quality employee experience through periods of change​

Talent Strategies​

  • Partners on development of function‑level Talent Strategies and Talent Plans, leading cross‑functional talent plan workstreams and coordinating execution across HRBPs and People Solutions partners​

  • Provides senior‑level program management and leadership for fast‑moving or time‑sensitive initiatives, such as executive onboarding, organizational transitions, critical leadership departures, and other emergent business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years Human Resources experience, particularly in an HR Program Management, Business Advisory, or employee-facing role​

  • Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects and transformations​

  • Can assess complex scenarios and situations to provide insights and solutions​

  • Strong evidence of systems thinking​

  • Competency in change management, stakeholder evaluation, and impact assessment related to organizational redesign​

  • Strategic and transformational thinking, linking the organizational objectives to concrete recommendations and options​

  • Experience of coaching senior level leaders, confidence in challenging leaders and offering alternative perspectives and input

Skills and Attributes

  • Translates business Strategy and OKRs and key priorities into people plans and implications​

  • Drives aligned cross-functional execution of talent motions and strategies​

  • Facilitates discussions to ensure they conclude with clearly definedaction items, assigned owners, and agreed-upon next steps​

  • Takes input from multiple stakeholder and assess multi-faceted situationsto reach well-judged outcomes ​

  • Applies strong stakeholder engagement and communication ​

  • Recognizes and respects the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and values of team members and stakeholders from around the world

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 103,000 - 155,000 USD / Annual

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 173,000 - 277,000 PLN / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
