Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Agentic AI & Conversational AI Developer to join our innovative-driven AI team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent, autonomous agents and conversational experiences that leverage the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks.
You’ll work at the intersection of AI reasoning, automation, and user experience — building smart agents capable of decision-making, context retention, and multi-step task execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google ADK or similar.
Develop Conversational AI bots and assistants across multiple channels (chat or embedded apps).
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Implement memory, retrieval, and reasoning modules to make agents context-aware and goal-oriented.
Optimize prompt design, chain-of-thought reasoning, and agent orchestration for reliability and performance.
Collaborate with product and research teams to define AI-driven workflows and use cases.
Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI libraries, frameworks, and model APIs.
Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and tool-using techniques for improved factual accuracy.
Monitor agent performance, analyze logs, and apply feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Follow best practices for AI ethics, security, and data privacy in all AI solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering, or equivalent experience.
5 years Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
2 years Hands-on experience Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Solid understanding of software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, testing).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) and embeddings.
Preferred:
- Experience building and deploying generative AI applications in production.
-Experience in building multi-agent systems or autonomous workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and M365 suite
