We are looking for a strategic and influential Senior Program Manager to join our Global Markets Project Management Office in Europe. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who thrives on driving transformation, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale in a fast-paced, global environment.

As a trusted partner to EMEA country leaders, you will shape and execute initiatives that accelerate market growth, enhance customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. You’ll have the autonomy to lead complex programs end-to-end, influence senior stakeholders, and set the standard for excellence in program delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead strategic programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with global priorities.

  • Partner with senior leadership across multiple geographies to define objectives, success metrics, and governance.

  • Deliver measurable outcomes at scale, such as revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational improvements.

  • Drive organizational change by fostering collaboration, accountability, and transparency across diverse teams.

  • Establish best-in-class program frameworks, including scope management, quality standards, and performance tracking.

  • Anticipate risks and remove roadblocks, enabling teams to deliver on time and within budget.

  • Communicate with impact, providing clear, actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the PMO and across the business.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in large enterprise environments.

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale, such as market share growth, operational efficiency gains, or customer experience improvements.

  • Demonstrated success in influencing and engaging senior executives and stakeholders across regions.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action.

  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with data center operations or enterprise technology is a plus.

  • Expertise in program management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project) and methodologies.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent highly desirable.
