Senior Sales Operations Analyst 

Funnel Management & Sales Analytics 

We are seeking a data-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own funnel visibility, performance analytics, and reporting infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in driving forecast accuracy, identifying revenue risks and opportunities, and equipping Sales Leadership with actionable insights. 

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and a passion for turning data into clear, compelling recommendations. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Funnel & Pipeline Management 

  • Monitor and analyze global pipeline health, conversion rates, and stage velocity 

  • Identify gaps, risks, and upside opportunities within the funnel 

  • Partner with Sales leaders to improve pipeline hygiene and inspection rigor 

  • Support forecast reviews with data-backed insights 

Reporting & Dashboard Development 

  • Design, build and maintain dashboards across CRM and BI platforms 

  • Build standardized reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews 

  • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and scalability 

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems 

  • Work with Analytics team to ensure Strategic team has robust global reporting 

Performance Analytics 

  • Analyze seller productivity, attainment trends, and coverage models 

  • Provide insights into win rates, deal cycles, and account penetration 

  • Support QBRs by providing analytics and trend data  

  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and executive requests 

  • Translate complex datasets into clear business narratives

  • High-confidence pipeline visibility and improved forecast accuracy 

  • Executive-ready dashboards that drive decision-making 

  • Reduced manual reporting and increased automation 

  • Clear, actionable insights that improve sales performance 

Qualifications 

  • 5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related field 

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends 

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (required) 

  • Experience building dashboards in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) 

  • Solid understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, and funnel metrics 

  • Experience automating recurring reporting and improving data quality 

  • Detail-oriented with strong process discipline 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field required 

 

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 81,000 - 121,000 CAD / Annual

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
