Job Summary

The Partner Performance & Analytics Lead owns the data, measurement, and performance insight infrastructure for the Activation Factory. This role ensures that partner program and experience decisions are grounded in data — tracking partner health, program performance, commercial outcomes, and operational efficiency across the full partner motion. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for VP and senior leadership, and has the technical capability to both pull and manage the data infrastructure as well as interpret and communicate what it means.

Responsibilities

Partner Performance Measurement

  • Define and maintain the partner performance measurement framework — partner health scoring, program KPIs, pipeline contribution, tier attainment, compliance rates, and partner NPS

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into partner and program performance

  • Design the leading and lagging indicator framework that allows the Activation Factory to anticipate partner attrition, disengagement, and performance gaps before they become critical

Data Management & Infrastructure

  • Own the partner analytics data infrastructure — defining the data sources, ensuring data quality, and building the pipelines that feed performance reporting

  • Manage the relationship with GTM Ops and IT on data architecture and tooling — ensuring partner data is integrated across PRM, CRM, and financial systems

  • Build and maintain the single source of truth for partner performance data — resolving the current fragmentation of conflicting data sources

Strategic Analytics & Insight

  • Go beyond reporting — synthesize partner performance data into strategic insights that drive program design decisions, investment prioritization, and partner segmentation

  • Build the analytical case for partner program investment — ROI modeling, cost of program analysis, and bookings attribution to specific program activities

  • Support the Channel IQ scorecard and any other executive-level reporting requirements with reliable, timely, and accurate partner data

Closed-Loop Feedback

  • Ensure partner performance intelligence flows back to the Build and Sales factories — informing which partner archetypes, plays, and solutions are generating commercial return

  • Work with the Partner Programs and Experience teams to translate performance data into program design improvements

  • Build the feedback mechanisms that allow partner NPS and satisfaction data to drive operational and program changes in near real time

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

  • 5+ years in business analytics, revenue operations, partner analytics, or commercial performance management in enterprise technology or SaaS

  • Proven ability to both manage data infrastructure (pulling, cleaning, and maintaining data) and produce strategic insights from that data

  • Experience building performance dashboards and partner health scoring frameworks

  • Familiarity with CRM, PRM, and business intelligence tools used in partner or sales analytics (Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent)

  • Experience working with GTM Ops or IT to build or improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure

Skills & Attributes

  • Analytical depth — goes beyond surface-level reporting to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in partner performance data

  • Data integrity — obsessive about data quality and resolving conflicting data sources before they erode leadership trust

  • Communication — translates complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives for VP and senior leadership audiences

  • Technical fluency — comfortable working with raw data, building queries, and partnering with technical teams on data infrastructure

  • Commercial orientation — understands that data exists to drive better business decisions, not just to report on what happened
