Job Summary: We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic professional for the role of Executive Assistant, Legal to join our Global Legal Operations team. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be proactive and resourceful, and have a customer-service mentality. The Executive Assistant Legal will be a strong team player who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational and communication skills, and experience managing competing priorities on a daily basis.
Support the SVP, General Counsel, the VP, Legal and Chief Compliance Officer and the VP, Global Legal Operations with all administrative duties
Manage calendar and travel schedules and routinely plan, coordinate and schedule meetings, across multiple time zones, including meeting logistics and the resolution of schedule conflicts in a timely manner
Build and leverage collaborative relationships with other Executive Assistants across the company
Prepare, review and track expense reports
Organize meetings and develop meeting materials (such as presentations and reports) as needed
Plan and organize special events
Coordinate special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned based on the skills and capabilities of the individual
Legal Operations Tasks
Support the employee onboarding process
Support department-wide events and initiatives
Demonstrate discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
5+ years’ work experience completing task similar to those above within a corporate or legal environment preferred
5+ years supporting senior executives with large global teams preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Microsoft Visio, Teams, SharePoint, iManage preferred)
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment with little oversight
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience working in a culturally diverse and global company preferred
