Your Background
To participate in our training program, we are actively seeking applications from different sectors as we will provide the training you need to build a successful career within our data centers. We are looking for applicants with knowledge of copper, coaxial, or fiber cabling. Experience of, or a passion for providing excellent customer service would be a huge bonus.
A positive outlook, a hunger to learn, and a desire to develop and grow are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team.
Job Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with the full cycle recruitment under direction from others. May guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Supports in executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Pipelining
· Assists in coordinating social process under direction of more senior members
· Builds knowledge of key requirements and develops sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate flow
· May assist recruiter with screening candidates
Facilitation of Interview Process
· Might screen resumes and recommend candidates to recruiter for further screening
Qualifications
4 years’ experience preferred
· High School Diploma required
