Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic Finance leader, who can grow and become the go-to thought partner of senior leaders of our Datacenter Services business and Transformation Office, deliver important insights and influence the business strategic direction and key decisions in a matrix organization.
You will be collaborating with the respective executive leadership team and other senior leaders while driving analytics to enable business decision making including analysis of strategy, M&A, Real Estate, long term capital and operating budget allocation, technology assessment and other business initiatives. This role gives you a bird’s eye view of the entire company and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Responsibilities
Strategic partnership and insight:
Dynamically partners with executive business leaders to understand our strategy and act as a key influencer in key business decisions
Create value by providing insights, supported by data and analytics, and influencing business leaders to make better decisions
Act as trusted advisor to cross functional business leaders, anticipate needs and make recommendations based on knowledge of industry
Inspires high-achieving team performance; works to deliver high-caliber results
Influence alignment of the functions’ goals and strategies with broader company initiatives and priorities
Financial Management:
Provide the business with financial insight into business performance, profitability, return on investments and / or via other financial metrics
Partner with business leaders in identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance and profitability
Orchestrate the annual business plan / budget for the functions in a tight collaboration with the global functions and with Corporate Finance, while influencing and driving for alignment of resources allocations with the company strategy and strategic priorities
Direct forecasting for the business unit and oversee the forecast cycle including resources allocation and cost management and reporting
Present strategic planning reports for key stakeholders and executive management to help facilitate decision making
Optimize budget and investments, and implement a return-on-investment discipline
Act as the liaison between the business and the accounting function and provide / facilitate business guidance on accounting matters
Be an advocate for the effective implementation of accounting and other policies within the business
Skills and Requirements:

Commercial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent executive presence and effective communication skills across the organization and the various levels
Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally, build strong partnerships across the organizations and with other Finance executive leadership, and influence decisions in a matrix organization
Objective and excited to challenge peers and business partners
Cope well with ambiguity, champion change, and stretch beyond comfort
Ability to use intelligent tools to analyze financial and operational information
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in finance or related field preferred
Comfort working with ambiguity
Previous multi-level, multi-capacity supervisory experience
Previous experience with communicating and partnering in a global, matrixed environment
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
Master's degree (MBA) preferred
CPA/CFA certification preferred
