As a key member of the Equinix Enterprise Applications Team, the candidate will be leading the development for Siebel CRM Application. The candidate will be responsible for introducing Best Practices, Tools, validating the technical architecture for major projects. Will be involved in the software development lifecycle from strategy, gathering requirements, functional design, implementation, testing and release with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals. Work closely with Business owners, Technical Leads, Software Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers in a highly collaborative environment to provide quality software and solutions, while providing the necessary leadership to deliver releases on time and on budget. Siebel professionals design, implement and deploy Siebel solutions to achieve defined business goals.
Gathering and analyzing of functional and technical requirements
Performing analysis and design activities (e.g., produce functional design, create test books, and perform feasibility for a project)
Conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software
Guiding and coaching team with design, build, test, and deploy activities
Preparation and continuous update of all required documents
Participation on testing and acceptance process
Provide technical leadership, conduct code performance analysis, tuning and review
Work with the Technical Leads and provide guidelines on Application Development
Extensive experience with Siebel Tools 8.1, Open UI and upgrade
Integration experience with other systems using JMS, Web Services, Messaging Queues
Experience in Siebel eCommunication implementation
Deep knowledge and experience with architecting, designing, and implementing large scale programs
In-depth knowledge of Siebel Application, Configuration and Server architecture
Experience in EIA/EIM technologies
Working experience of 5+ years in Siebel CRM
Very good educational background in IT or in a numerate discipline (such as Engineering, Mathematics, etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
